If the size does not suit you or you want to exchange the product for another one, you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package. Product must be shipped UNWORN, UNDAMAGED (tried on only), chemically untreated, NO PERFUME with tags intact.
How should I do it?
- Pack the goods properly so that they are not damaged.
- Enclose with the goods a copy of the invoice that you received with the goods and the completed COMPLAINT FORM. You can find the product complaint form by clicking on this link: COMPLAINT FORM
- Send the goods by mail. Please never send cash on delivery! It will not be accepted.
- Send the goods to the address: Kallys s.r.o., Ľudová 26, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia
- Complaint by courier: Kallys s.r.o., Ľudová 26, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia
- Write to the e-mail info@kallys.de the date of shipment of the complained goods and the variable symbol of the invoice, because the mail sometimes fails and in this way we can quickly find out that something is missing.
- We have 30 days from the date of filing the complaint to process the complaint. The day of delivery to the seller is considered the day of the complaint. However, we generally endeavor to process complaints within 14 days.
The cost of returning/replacing the goods is borne by the customer.
If you return the item damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse shipment and the item will be returned at your expense. We also reserve the right to refuse the return of bikinis.
